Members Club Regulations

Sinta Bar Group

A members club belonging to the Sinta Bar Group, including Sinta Bar Restaurant, Sasson Bar in Ahuza, and Mambo Milano only (hereinafter: the “Customer Club”) was established and is managed by Sinta Bar Ltd. (hereinafter: “Sinta Bar”).

  1. These regulations are intended to regulate the eligibility terms of an individual requesting to join the Customer Club and the benefits program designated for customers of the Sinta Bar Group interested in becoming members of the Customer Club, all subject to the provisions of these regulations (hereinafter: the “Regulations”).

  2. Joining the Customer Club is subject to the terms of the following Regulations, as updated from time to time by Sinta Bar.

  3. Full responsibility for knowing the terms below and receiving the benefits according to these terms shall at all times apply to the members of the Customer Club, such that these Regulations constitute a condition for joining the program, and every customer joining as a member of the Customer Club and receiving a Membership Card shall be considered as having read and agreed to the provisions of these Regulations, all of its sections and/or parts thereof.

  4. The holder of a Membership Card or any other person shall have no demand and/or claim regarding the terms of the Regulations and the benefits program or changes thereto. The management of the Sinta Bar Group reserves the right to change or discontinue the operation of the Customer Club at any time at its sole discretion.

  5. The management of the Sinta Bar Group reserves the right to change and/or cancel these Regulations or parts thereof.

  6. The wording of the Regulations shall be published and updated on the official websites of the company’s restaurants included in the club at the addresses:

    hereinafter (“the Company Websites”), and may also be obtained by written request to the company management.

  7. Any use in these Regulations of the masculine gender is intended equally for women and men alike.

Customer Club Membership

  1. A Customer Club member is one who is entitled to lawfully hold, in accordance with these Regulations, a valid Customer Club card (hereinafter: “Membership Card”).

  2. Individuals (not businesses, organizations, agents, or corporations), over the age of 18, using their membership for personal use, who have fully completed their details in the Customer Club membership application form, are eligible to become members of the Customer Club. The management of the Sinta Bar Group shall be entitled not to approve a person’s membership in the Customer Club at its discretion and without being obligated to explain its refusal.

  3. By submitting the digital application form to join the Customer Club, the Customer Club member authorizes the Sinta Bar Group and/or Valuecard to contact them, directly and/or through third parties with whom they cooperate, by any means of communication, including but not limited to email and SMS text messages. Joining the Customer Club may be done during a visit to any of the group’s restaurants, online through digital registration forms, and/or by contacting the group management. Upon registration of the member’s details in the company’s database, the company shall be entitled to send them information at any time regarding its services, including notices regarding club activities, changes to the Regulations and/or benefits and/or any matter relating to the member’s eligibility and/or the operation of the club and/or termination thereof, as well as marketing and advertising information — whether published by the company itself or received from third parties for distribution to club members. If a member does not wish to continue receiving such commercial information, they may at any time withdraw their consent to receive such information and cease receiving commercial information by contacting the Sinta Bar Group. By approving these Regulations or receiving the Membership Card, the club member agrees to receive various information and offers through direct mailing.

  4. Joining the club is free of charge, however Sinta Bar reserves the right to begin charging, at its sole discretion, membership fees for renewal and/or joining as a Customer Club member.

  5. Membership and the rights deriving therefrom are valid only for the cardholder who filled in their details in the registration form.

  6. Every Customer Club member shall be responsible for updating the Sinta Bar Group in writing in the event of any change in email address, telephone number, or any other relevant detail through which the group may contact and update them regarding changes, benefits, and various promotions.

  7. Each Membership Card, whether digital or physical, shall be assigned a serial number unique to that card only.

  8. The Membership Card is personal and non-transferable in any way, including by sale or transfer without consideration to any third party.

  9. The management of the Sinta Bar Group shall be entitled to require a club member to identify themselves באמצעות identification document as a condition for using the Membership Card both for earning points and redeeming points, and shall also be entitled to deny use of the card and/or confiscate it if it believes that the use of the card is contrary to these Regulations, without any explanation on its part and/or in any case where it believes misuse has been made of the Membership Card, without prior notice.
    For the avoidance of doubt, the group management shall be entitled to refuse redemption of points and/or benefits without presentation of identification.

  10. The membership period in the Customer Club is from the date of joining and registration and for one year (12 months) only. It is clarified that at the end of this period, the membership period shall be automatically renewed subject to the Regulations as in force at the time of renewal, and that the benefits and/or membership terms may change compared to those existing at the time of the member’s original joining of the club.

  11. In addition and without derogating from its rights as detailed above and subject to the foregoing, the management of the Sinta Bar Group shall from time to time initiate collaborations with commercial entities in various fields, and במסגרת such collaborations or other agreements, those third-party entities may contact Customer Club members directly. A member objecting to such contact by a third party may notify the management of the Sinta Bar Group in writing by registered mail and/or fax, and upon receipt of such notice, third parties shall no longer contact them.

Cancellation of Customer Club Membership

  1. Every member shall be entitled to withdraw from the Customer Club, and their registration as a member shall be canceled and deleted within thirty (30) days from the date of their notice sent by registered letter and/or fax regarding their wish to do so. In such case, the notice shall be considered an absolute waiver of all their rights in the Customer Club, including but not limited to the right to receive benefits accumulated on the card, as detailed below in these Regulations.
    For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that in such case the Customer Club member shall not be entitled to a refund of membership fees (full or partial) collected and/or any compensation and/or indemnification in connection with their membership in the Customer Club.

  2. Without derogating from the provisions of Section 22 above, if a Customer Club member cancels their membership within 14 days from the date of joining the Customer Club, by written notice, from the moment the cancellation notice is given by the Customer Club member, their membership shall be canceled and they shall not be able to use any of the benefits granted to them by virtue of membership in the Customer Club.

Benefits

  1. Use of the Customer Club Membership Card shall not grant the Customer Club member any benefits other than those specified in these Regulations, unless the Sinta Bar Group has stated otherwise.

  2. The holder of a Customer Club Membership Card shall enjoy the following benefits:

  3. Club points accumulation benefit equal to ten percent (10%) of the net purchase price excluding the joining item on the joining day. Accumulation shall be available starting from the first order. For example, a net bill of 120 NIS will grant the club member 12 club points to be accumulated on their card. The value of each redeemable point is 1 NIS, and it may only be redeemed on the next purchase. The points accumulation benefit is conditional upon an order totaling a minimum of 100 NIS for points accumulation purposes (i.e., it is not possible to accumulate fewer than 10 points per order). Redeeming accumulated points shall also be possible on takeaway orders and/or deliveries from Sinta Bar websites only (not through companies) by entering the club member’s details. Without derogating from the foregoing, accumulation and redemption of club member points shall be according to the conditions set forth below in these Regulations.

  4. Birthday Benefit – A club member shall be entitled to 30 NIS redeemable at each of the three restaurants included in the club during the calendar month in which their birthday occurs, as updated in the registration form. The benefit may only be redeemed once at each branch, is non-divisible, and is conditional upon a purchase totaling 100 NIS or more at the time of redemption. The benefit may not be redeemed at the time of joining the club, but only starting from the next purchase, and may not be redeemed on business lunch menus.

  5. “Special Day” Benefit – A club member shall be entitled to receive a digital scratch card for winning a starter dish or dessert at one of the group’s restaurants, of their choice. The validity of the benefit is from the date of joining the club and for 3 months only, meaning the benefit may be redeemed (receiving the prize) within 3 months from the club member’s joining date.
    The starter dish or dessert received through the scratch card shall be selected solely by Sinta Bar and at its sole discretion.
    In order to redeem the scratch card, the club member will be required to present the digital card at the selected restaurant from among the group’s restaurants. Redemption is valid only for dine-in orders at the group’s restaurants and with a minimum bill of 100 NIS, with no double benefits or promotions.
    **The Special Day benefit shall come into effect as of 1.1.2026.

Conditions and Restrictions for Redeeming Benefits

  1. Redemption of benefits shall be subject to the following conditions and restrictions:

  2. A club member is entitled to receive benefits granted to club members only for dining at the restaurant, provided they are physically present there. The club member pays in full for the dining experience. No double benefits or discounts are allowed.

  3. Accumulation or redemption of points shall not be possible at special events where a preset menu at a special price has been closed, student menus, soldier menus, event menus, or simultaneously with payment methods other than credit card or cash (vouchers, cards from meal companies such as Cibus or Ten Bis, etc.).

  4. In advertisements intended only for Customer Club members, the discount and/or promotion shall be according to the publication only.

  5. Promotions, points accumulation, and special prices shall be as determined by the management of the Sinta Bar Group from time to time. The number of points that may be accumulated for each purchase shall be according to the sole decision of the Sinta Bar Group, and it may change the quantity at any time and without prior notice for any purchase that is not a discounted sale or under another promotion.

  6. It is not possible to redeem benefits accumulated on the card for “Business Lunch Meals” and when using special menus or simultaneously with payment methods other than credit card or cash (see Section 2). Points accumulation shall be according to the price of the business meal.

  7. Use of points may only be made on the purchase following the accumulation of the points, and points accumulated in the same purchase may not be used.

  8. No monetary credit may be received for accumulated points, and the points shall only serve for granting discounts on dining purchases at restaurants associated with the club.

  9. In the event that a Customer Club member redeemed more points than accumulated due to a computer malfunction or disruption, the Sinta Bar Group shall be entitled to offset from the customer’s point balance a monetary refund at a value of 1 NIS per point, and the Customer Club member shall have no claim and/or lawsuit and/or demand against this. In the event of a negative point balance, the Sinta Bar Group shall be entitled to receive a monetary refund at a ratio of 1 NIS per point.

  10. Accumulated points are personal to each Customer Club member and may not be transferred to another Membership Card or combined between several members.

  11. The validity of points accumulated by the club member is for one year only (from the date of accumulation), provided that the member’s membership in the Customer Club is valid.
    Benefits shall be credited to the member only upon presentation of a Membership Card or presentation of an ID card in the case of digital club cards, at the time of purchase. The member must notify of their membership at the time of purchase and present the card and/or ID card as stated when making the purchase.
    This section shall enter into effect on 1.4.2026.

  12. If a Customer Club member believes they are entitled to benefits for a certain purchase that were not accumulated/credited to their account, they must contact the Customer Club in writing, by registered mail, attaching a true copy of the invoice or any other documents they may be required to provide. Failure to attach the invoice and such documents shall constitute grounds for denial of the benefit.

  13. Club benefits may not be redeemed during promotions; no double promotions are allowed. Accumulation or redemption of points shall not be possible for the use of vouchers/coupons/digital vouchers or Cibus/Ten Bis/Friend Flavors/Police Funds cards.
    Benefits accumulated on the card may not be redeemed for business meals, soldier/student meals, or late-night promotions as operated by the chain from time to time.

Changes or Termination of Customer Club Benefits

  1. The Sinta Bar Group reserves the right to change or discontinue the benefits granted and/or any part thereof at any time, according to publications it shall make at its sole discretion. The Sinta Bar Group shall bear no responsibility if it decides to do so. Likewise, the company shall bear no responsibility toward Customer Club members or any third party if it discontinues the benefits granted in the Customer Club, temporarily, for any reason whatsoever. Notice regarding discontinuation of the service, permanently or temporarily, shall be delivered to Customer Club members through any of the publication methods mentioned in Section ‎5 of these Regulations, at the sole discretion of the Sinta Bar Group.

  2. The management of the Sinta Bar Group shall be entitled at any time to decide on termination of the Customer Club’s operation by providing at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice, which shall be published in one of the publication methods detailed in Section ‎30 of these Regulations. If the operation of the Customer Club is terminated as stated above, the chain shall continue honoring benefits accumulated on Membership Cards until the expiration of the card validity (without the right to accumulate additional benefits).

  3. The validity of points accumulated in the account of a Customer Club member is for one year only from the date of accumulation (for example – a point accumulated on 1.4.2026 and not redeemed by the club member within 12 months, namely until 1.4.2027, the validity of the point shall expire on 1.1.2027); redemption of club member points shall be according to the FIFO method, such that at the time of redemption, the points accumulated earliest shall first be redeemed.

Customer Club Publication Methods

  1. Customer Club notices regarding any matter related to the operation of the Customer Club, including but not limited to changes and/or additions and/or removals made and/or intended to be made by the Sinta Bar Group in the Regulations and/or discounts and/or membership fees and/or any matter related to member eligibility and/or operation of the Customer Club and/or termination thereof, etc., shall be made by the Customer Club via email and/or SMS and/or WhatsApp application messages and/or the Sinta Bar Group website and/or any advertising method the Sinta Bar Group finds appropriate at its sole discretion. The Customer Club member shall have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit and/or complaint regarding the manner of delivery of such notices.

  2. It is hereby clarified that the Customer Club is also operated via the internet, and the Customer Club intends to send information to members to the email address provided by them upon registration in the registration form. Members shall have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit and/or complaint regarding the manner of delivery of notices, whether via the internet or by another method, as stated in Section ‎30 above.

Information Security and Privacy Protection

  1. The Sinta Bar Group shall take all reasonable measures to secure the information provided by Customer Club members, all in accordance with applicable law. However, the Sinta Bar Group cannot provide absolute security for its information and communication systems against unauthorized intrusions and prohibited use by third parties. Therefore, the Sinta Bar Group shall bear no direct or indirect responsibility in cases of disclosure and use of information provided by Customer Club members arising directly or indirectly from unauthorized intrusions by others or as a result of malicious acts and/or omissions by a third party, and the club member shall have no claim, lawsuit, and/or demand regarding the exposure of the data provided upon joining the club in such case.

  2. The Sinta Bar Group shall be entitled to use the details of Customer Club members and the communication methods they provided upon joining and/or at a later date in order to inform Customer Club members regarding various products and services that may interest them. It is hereby clarified that under no circumstances shall the company transfer Customer Club members’ details or any other personally identifying information to a third party without their prior consent.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  1. The validity, interpretation, and/or breach of these Regulations shall be governed solely by Israeli law. Exclusive and unique jurisdiction in any matter, subject, or dispute related to the validity, interpretation, and/or breach of these Regulations shall belong solely to the competent courts in the city of Haifa.

  2. In any case in which a club member files a claim against the Sinta Bar Group and/or anyone on its behalf, including its owners and/or managers, the club member shall automatically be considered as having requested withdrawal from the Customer Club, and their membership shall be canceled.

Miscellaneous

  1. Upon establishment of this Customer Club, any prior agreements and/or undertakings made, if at all, between the Customer Club member and the management of the Sinta Bar Group by any of its representatives shall have no validity.

  2. Any delay by the Sinta Bar Group in exercising a right granted to it under the foregoing, or refraining from insisting on such right, shall not be considered a waiver of its rights.

  3. The Sinta Bar Group shall be entitled to assign its rights under these Regulations to any third party as it sees fit and without any obligation to publish such assignment.

  4. Customer Club members are not entitled to assign their rights under these Regulations.

  5. The service is personal and may not be transferred to any third party.

  6. If it is determined by a competent authority that any of the foregoing provisions are invalid or voidable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
